Goods Return Policy

To return one or more items just fill in the e-commerce return form and place it into the pack. The form needs to be previously sent by email to: [email protected]. We will not accept parcels we have received no notice of.

WITHDRAWAL AND RETURNING RIGHTS

Withdrawal and Returning rights are ruled by the following mandatory conditions:

  • • you cannot benefit from returning rights if you are purchasing custom made, personalized products, or handicrafts products;​
  • • the good you are returning needs to be intact and provided with its original packaging (if any); for clothing, this means also the plastic envelope/bag, cardboard, plastic collar.
  • • shipping expenses for the returning are at the customer's expenses;
  • • the shipment, until it is received by our warehouse, lies completely under the responsibility of the customer. 

RETURNING A PRODUCT

In case you changed your mind about a product, if you had the free shipment, and the difference between the purchase and the returned products is less than 49,00, you will have then to pay for the shipment.


You will be charged with the shipping costs for the returning of the product itself. The shipment of the returned good has to be made within 14 days from the day of reception. As provided by legislative decree n. 206/2005 and amended by legislative decree 21/2014, if the customer is a consumer (that is, a physical person who purchases goods for reasons unrelated to his professional activity, and therefore does not indicate in the purchase form any VAT number), he has the right to terminate the purchase contract for whatever reasons, without any penalty.

 

Please make sure you include the original receipt with the original bill or a note with your order number.
Carefully pack the item in order to avoid damages during transport. Use the original package and remove the labels of the previous shipping.

IMPORTANT: keep the receipt of the shipment of your parcel in case it gets lost. 

WRONG/BROKEN PRODUCT

If you are returning a product because of our fault, or because the item is damaged, has a fault or it is not the same as the one you ordered, and it was not possible to repair it or replace it, you will be refunded the price of the item, the shipping fees and those for returning the item.


IMPORTANT: in order to start the return procedure send us by e-mail the pictures of the items you wish to return at the address: [email protected].

Carefully pack the item in order to avoid damages during transport. If possible, use the original package and remove the labels of the previous shipping.


You will receive a confirmation e-mail with the schedule code and the date and details of the collection of the parcel.
The courier will pick up your pack at the address you indicated, and will place the label on the parcel. Keep the receipt of the shipment of your parcel in case it gets lost.


IMPORTANT: from now on it is no longer possible to cancel or modify your return. 

REFUND OF YOUR RETURNED PURCHASE 

After our warehouse receive your returned parcel and makes sure all the requirements have been satisfied (integrity of the product), we will proceed with refund. 

 

IMPORTANT: the time for refund depend on the method of payment applied:

 

  • • Orders with credit card or prepaid credit card - the time for receiving the refund depends on the Banking House which issued the card. We assure that you will not be charged in terms of bank interests.
  • • Orders with PayPal - the refund will be available within 24 hours from our confirmation email.
  • • Orders with Bank Transfer - the time required for you to visualize your refund on your bank account depends on your Bank. The fee for your bank transfer, if any, will not be refunded.
  • • Cash on Delivery - the customer will be asked for his bank routing number in order to transfer him the money.
