Customs clearance costs ARE NOT INCLUDED IN THE SHIPPING COSTS. Any customs  clearance costs are entirely borne by the recipient of the pack and they are calculated directly by the local customs, based on the value of the order.
 We use different couriers (SDA Gruppo Poste Impresa, Bartolini). According to the destination of the parcel, we choose the fastest one.
It takes 48-72 hours for Basilicata, Calabria and other Islands, for the rest of Italy it takes 24-48 hours. For Europe, approximately 7-10 days and for the rest of the world approximately 10-15 days.
Yes, you may indicate another delivery address in your account and select it at the time of your order.
If you are not at home, the courier will pass by twice. Then you will have to call us to get your parcel cleared. In case you do not get your pack it may be sent us again to us.
Yes, after we have sent your order, the courier will send you an e-mail with a link and you will be able to track the shipment directly by yourself.
When the courier delivers the parcel please check that: a) the package is intact, wet or without visible damages; 
b) the number of parcels delivered is the same as the number indicated on the receipt. 
Complaints should be made to the vector himself, otherwise the product will be considered as correctly delivered.
We ship the order as soon as the payment appears on our bank account. Usually, this operation takes from 1 to 3 working days.

You can choose Bank transfer, Amazon Pay, Nexi Xpay, Scalapay, PayPal, Postepay and cash on delivery.
