Sacred icon depicting the Last Supper of Jesus with the Apostles, made on a wooden panel in Byzantine iconographic style. The scene shows Christ at the center of the table surrounded by the twelve Apostles at the moment of sharing bread and wine, symbol of the institution of the Eucharist and of fraternal communion. The intense colors, golden halos and decorative details recall the tradition of Eastern sacred art, giving the image a strong spiritual and symbolic value. The icon is made with lithographic printing on a rigid panel and features an antiquestyle finish that enhances the traditional character of the piece. It is equipped with a rear hook for wall hanging and a stand for display on a piece of furniture or in a prayer corner. Supplied in an elegant box. Made in Italy
