Dalmatics

The dalmatic is the sacred tunic worn by the deacon during liturgical celebrations. This tunic, used since roman times, is a long vest that reaches down to the knees, and is worn on several different liturgical occasions, and is therefore made in different colors. In the section of our online shop you may purchase dalmatics made of pure wool and/or silk, characterized by several different embroidery styles: gothic, baroque, medieval and renaissance. All of our dalmatics are made in Italy and many of them are sold complete with matching stole.
