Re-Schedule Your Delivery


From now on there is a new FREE service available for our customers, which allows you to reschedule your delivery.

IMPORTANT: this service is only available for deliveries within ITALY.

How? It's very simple. Follow the instructions below.

  • You will receive an email like this from the courier. In case you wished to make some changes, it will be possible to do so by clicking on the yellow button "Personalizza la consegna" (customize delivery), which will redirect you to the page of the official website of Poste Italiane, from which you will be able to edit your delivery within the day of reception of the email.

The page you will be redirected to will look like this:

  • If you don't know/do not have any credentials to access, you can continue as guest ("Continua come ospite") without any problem.
  • The editing options that you will find are those that follow:



Delivery - another day:
It is possible to select a different day for the delivery, up to maximum 5 working days later.
The rescheduling can be done only once, so please make sure to select a date when you will be available to receive the parcel.

Withdraw from Post Office, Punto Poste or Locker:
You can choose on the map the pick-up point which is more convenient for you.
Please, remember that according to the place of your choice, the delivery date might be subject to modifications. The rescheduling can be done only once.


Holiday Storage:  
In case you knew you are going to be away for a longer period and you have nobody to receive the parcel in your place, you may select this option and choose a delivery date within the following 15 working days.
The rescheduling can be done only once.


Delivery - different address:
You inserted the wrong address/you changed your mind about where you wish your parcel to be delivered? No problem.
*By changing the delivery address, the recipient will stay the same.
Please remember that this change might imply a modification of the delivery dateThe rescheduling can be done only once.


Delivery - to the neighbor:
In case you were not at home, you may ask someone else to collect the parcel in your place.
You will just need to give the details of the person you wish to receive the delivery (for example: doorman/neighbor/shop or bar next door). The rescheduling can be done only once.
